Large fish, weighing 800 grams to 1.5 kilograms, are particularly sought after by restaurateurs and are caught in impressive quantities.
Its affordable, reasonable price makes it particularly popular. It is one of the rare species to be served both in the most luxurious hotels and in homes: an excellent, delicate fish which everyone can afford.
